Fain Signature Group Launches Cloud-Based Approach to Community Engagement

Fain Signature Group (FSG), in collaboration with the Town of Prescott Valley and Asphalt Paving and Supply (AP&S), held a community meeting on September 15, 2025, at the Warehouse Event Center in Prescott Valley. The presenting panel included Ryan Judy (Deputy Town Manager, Town of Prescott Valley), Pete Davidson (AP&S), Brad Fain and Ron Fain (FSG). The topic at hand was the latest information on the sand and gravel operation proposed at the location named “Government Tank”.

FSG utilized a new approach to community meetings, leveraging a cloud-based application named SLIDO, which allowed the audience to submit questions, answer poll questions, and even vote on the best questions submitted.

“This was another great step to improve how we present and share information to the community. We’ve been using the SLIDO app for our quarterly events at the Community Signature Series with great success. The questions and answers we gather for the community through this application will allow us to provide better information via our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) on the project pages of our website for the public to access,” said Ron Fain of FSG.

Most questions asked during the community meeting are answered in the FSG Frequently Asked Questions, here: https://fainsignaturegroup.com/new-projects-and-updates/faqs-of-proposed-sand-and-gravel-project/

“The heart of the neighborhood meetings is to educate the public about the proposed new rock harvest site away from Fain Park and the Stoneridge community entrance.  The benefit for the community is a new long-lasting source of essential materials for the region’s road maintenance and the ability to expand Fain Park and forever protect the beauty of one of Prescott Valley’s gems,” says Brad Fain.
