Founders Building Group, LLC, is a Fain Signature Group company established in 2024, who’s life blood stemmed from the realization that Central Arizona needed a truly customer-focused general contracting firm that understood the community needs and planning for the future.

Passionate about quality, committed to transparency, and connected to our communities — the natural progression was to bring the control of construction,  design, cost, and schedules for our community building endeavors “in-house.”
