1920s
Love Field, Prescott
One square mile of Fain Cattle and Land Company grazing land is given to the Town of Prescott for its airport.
1940s
SR 69A

Portions of the Rafter 11 Ranch land is sold to the state highway division for 10 cents on the dollar of its value to ensure that 69A would reach from Cordes Junction to Prescott through Dewey | Humboldt and Lonesome Valley.

1960's
Downtown Prescott Valley

Section 14, a square mile of grazing land is purchased from the AZ State Land Trust, originally  leased as Rafter Eleven Ranch grazing area, for the vision of creating a "real" downtown for Prescott Valley residents with shopping, dining and entertainment establishments for gathering and building of community.

Shamrock Water Company

Understanding the need to ensure the quality and amount of water that would be required for a growing valley, Norman and Bill started developing the local water resources which would later be integrated as the Town of Prescott Valley's public works program.

Prescott Valley Country Club
As a joint development project, the Prescott Golf and Country Club was developed on part of the R11R land which included Prescott East Residential and Lake Valley School sites.

Quailwood Master Planned Community and Golf Course

In 2006, Fain Signature Group and partners developed a 280 acres master planned community of mixed residential options to Dewey-Humboldt known as "Arizona's Country Town". Quailwood brought more than 1190 single family homes and townhouses at attainable price points.

Diamond Valley Water Co

The DVDW is established on its own. The small community located in the back part of aquifer between Prescott Valley and Prescott needed water, with Bill Fain’s Shamrock Water Company and working with the Town of Prescott Valley, the 8" water lines were run to service this area where the old provider had abandoned them and their wells.

Big Sky Industrial Business Park

To bring well-paying jobs and services to the area, over 148 acres of ranch land is purchased and rezoned to M1, M2 and C3 to provide opportunities for light industrial business to locate in Prescott Valley— bringing many higher paying jobs to the region. Big Sky is home to Superior Industries, Ace Hardware Distribution Center, Hensley Beverage Distribution, Lockheed Martin, Amazon Distribution, Coors and others.

Safeway Shopping Center

1988, moving across from its original spot south of 69, 12 acres in section 14 town center is turned into the latest and greatest Safeway Center.

Good Samaritan Site

Located at 3380 N. Windsong Drive, 
20 acres in the heart of downtown is gifted/sold to build a memory care facility adjacent to the Yavapai Regional Medical Center and other medical facilities helping ensure senior care services are available to Verde Valley families.

Civic Center Site
20 acres gifted to the Town for their new Civic Center Campus Town offices, police, and fire departments and library.
1990's
Grapevine Industrial Park
Grapevine

Located just north of the Rafter Eleven Ranch Homestead, FSG set aside 100 acres on county land to be able to develop a heavy industrial park (M1zoning) for creating higher paying and much needed work space for the industrial needs/businesses moving in to the area. It was eventually annexed into the town, but at the time was not allowed usage.

Now home to Donaldson Trucking, Devine Diesel Fleet Services, Goettle Hight Desert Mechanical, Dewey Drilling & Pump, West Direct Oil, Hoist Towing, Yavapai Metal Recycling, Granite Mountain Design/Development, Foxworth-Galbraith, Trafficade and more.

Hensley & Canyon Distribution

Privately held, these beverage companies serve the largest contiguous territory of any distributor in the nation. Both known for their progressiveness and innovation, strong business ethics, customer service, and community mindedness, these companies brought more than 500 jobs to the region.

20 acres gifted to Bradshaw Mountain High School for a new campus.
Granville

In July 1998, the Fain Signature Group, along with Mr. Contadino of Universal Homes Formerly Del Webb, formed the Granville Development Company, Inc. of Prescott Valley. This partnership undertook the development of a 1,200+ acre Master Planned Community - the first in the county for the then already growing need.

Yavapai County Fairgrounds

The first fair was held October 27, 28 and 29 of 1913 where horse racing and the Oldest Rodeo is held over the 4th of the July weekend. since many of these events overlapped, the County Fair was moved to its present location on gift/sold land of Fain’s in 1999.

Tapestry

Formerly Glassford Hill Apartments, Tapestry was Fain Signature Groups first luxury apartment options for the Verde Valley area as it exploded in the 2000’s. Project has a townhouse feel with only two-stories, and park like areas with all the amenities of any apartments.

Glassford Hill Marketplace

This regional market place sits on 50 acres, flanking the west side of Glassford Hill Road across from Town Center. Anchored by Kohls and Walmart along with the most popular foodie and retail tenants and within walking distance to a growing urban downtown growth.

Findlay Toyota Center
Findlay Toyota Center

Formerly the Prescott Valley Event Center is a $35 million multipurpose facility located in Prescott Valley, Arizona and is part of the gifted/sale land and use on the Section 14 downtown vision. The arena seats approximately 5,100 for hockey, soccer and football and up to 6,200 for concerts and parking for more than 3000 vehicles which also doubles as sites for exterior regional and state wide draw events.

Town Center
A more pedestrian and main street experience centered around Main Street with theaters, restaurants, Class A offices, multifamily apartments and mixed use projects, hotels, community parks and gathering spaces, personal services, banks, and anchored on the north end by the Event Center.
2010's
Homestead Apartments

In 2017, Homestead Apartments was envisioned as a Legacy project for FSG . A two-hundred and fourteen unit, luxury but affordable gated complex, on 9.44 acres in the center of downtown.

Inspiration Apartments

2020 Fain Signature Group created a team to bring to market a greatly needed housing project for the community of Cottonwood. The project is situated in the heart of town and near many employment opportunities but where attainable housing is extremely limited. Completed in Fall of 2023, there are 274 contemporary, efficient and attainable units.

Glassford Hill North

New retail and commercial sites just north of Glassford Hill bringing the unique Alliance Building Materials to town and additional foodie options and other personal services and jobs.
