On April 1st, news hit of a fire taking place at the Legado Apartments under construction on the corner of Florentine Road and Main Street in Prescott Valley.
While areas along Florentine Road, Main Street, and Park Ave remain closed, the Prescott Valley Town Center has remained open with businesses ready to serve their customers.

Prescott Valley Police Department (PVPD) and Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority (CAFMA) have sent notice on the current road closures around the Prescott Valley Town Center.

To access the businesses of Headquarters on Main, drivers can enter the Prescott Valley Town Center via Pav Way off of Lake Valley Road. Parking areas are immediately to the right of Main Street.

Access has been created for BMO Bank, located at 7221 Florentine Rd. in Prescott Valley. The new access road to BMO Bank will be from Park Ave. off Glassford Hill Rd. (on the east side of the road).
