Signal Restoration Services, a national provider of emergency commercial property restoration services, in partnership with Fain Signature Group, a prominent local community builder, announces “Lessons in Legado: Honoring the Past, Building for the Future,” an educational event to inform the community about the demolition process of the Legado Apartments after the devastating April 1st structure fire.
Scheduled for May 30th- 31st, 2024, this event presents an unprecedented opportunity for community members to gain insight into the intricate process of the large-scale demolition occurring. By opening the doors to this event, Signal Restoration Services and Fain Signature Group aim to foster transparency, dialogue, and understanding among residents and local businesses.

Attendees will have the opportunity to witness firsthand the meticulous planning, safety protocols, and expert practices employed by Signal Restoration in the demolition process. Experts will be on-site to provide information and engage with the community. There will also be food trucks available on-site. Kelly’s Kitchen and RJ’s Family Hotdogs will be providing complimentary lunch.
