The contractor, Signal Restoration along with AZ Demolition, is onsite and ready to complete the final phase of demolition of Legado Apartments. Initially they will be clearing and separating the debris away from the parking structure, with the actual demolition of the concrete parking structure and clean-up/haul-off most likely starting next week.
Demolition will continue through mid-August as crews work Monday through Friday to clean up the project area.
