Smart Girls will be a fantastic addition to the line of treats on Florentine Road making for the perfect girl’s day including wine at Ciao Bella, jewelry at Afterglow Jewelers, nail appointments at Lynn’s Nail & Spa, and clothing at both Smart Girls and Queen Esther’s.
Terri Harrington, owner of Smart Girls, announced, “I am really excited about the fact that we will be closer now to an area that is growing so much including the new Marriot hotel, Legado apartments, and a one-stop shop for the perfect girl’s day!”
As the downtown Prescott Valley area continues to grow in offerings, you can anticipate the opening across the street from the Fry’s Neighborhood Center for the Legado Apartments. The apartment complex will feature additional retail space and our Prescott local Barry Barbe’s three new dining experiences including a rooftop restaurant.
“The concept is really built around providing three different experiences. A sixth story restaurant named 44 with rooftop deck will provide traditional full-service dining with a contemporary twist on tradition. At ground level, there will be a casual dining space at the Arcade with beer, wine and a range of lite fare menu offerings. The space will include outdoor dining, al fresco bar, and traditional indoor seating. The third experience will be the Market, providing unique culinary items with florals, wine and bakery items, as well as the convenience of a grab and go or pick up from the 44 upstairs,” says Barry Barbe.
