Inspiration Apartments at Cottonwood are leasing up quickly with over 45% of the apartments currently under lease already. Phase II of the project is currently underway, and the apartments are expected to be open for occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2024. The complex will provide 192 units in total upon completion.

Fain Signature Group, a local community builder, was sought out for the Inspiration project due to their experience in building successful multifamily projects in rural communities. Located right off of Highway 89A, the apartments are 1.6 miles from Yavapai College Verde Valley Campus and .2 miles from Verde Valley medical center making the housing a prime location for teachers, students, and healthcare professionals. The apartments are also located a mere 1.3 miles from Old Town Cottonwood.
