Fain Signature Group’s latest project in Cottonwood, AZ, the new Inspiration at Cottonwood apartments, are now open for occupancy. Professionally managed by P.B. Bell, Inspiration began moving residents in on Friday, September 8th.
Phase I that is now open includes a total of 44 new apartments. When fully completed, the project will include 192 apartment units in total which include 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms for rent.
The apartments will include a community pool, 24-hour fitness center, clubhouse, with spa, resort-style pool and lounge, and a dog park plus BBQ areas! The 345 State Route 89A location of the apartments is also a 3-minute drive from Old Town Cottonwood.

Conveniently located right off of Highway 89A, the apartments are 1.6 miles from Yavapai College Verde Valley Campus and .2 miles from Verde Valley medical center making the housing a favorable location for teachers, students, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
This project is part of a partnership announced earlier this year by the Fain Signature Group and Yavapai College. The community builder and college have joined efforts in quickly acting to produce more attainable housing options for the region’s teachers, firefighters, police & sheriff, healthcare providers, and workforce. The agreement will provide housing at Fain Signature Group’s Inspiration Apartments in the City of Cottonwood for Yavapai College.

YC will continue to identify and invest in solutions for this issue.
