Breakfast lovers have a new destination in Prescott Valley to enjoy, as Salt & Pepper is now officially open in the Prescott Valley Town Center.
Located at 2970 Park Ave., in the former Colt BBQ building, the restaurant offers a fresh take on breakfast and brunch with an elevated menu, a full coffee bar, cold-pressed juices, and a full bar, making it a one-of-a-kind breakfast experience in the area.
Owned by Leon Moise and developed alongside business partner Juve Rodriguez, Salt & Pepper features a menu filled with creative breakfast favorites, including lemon ricotta pancakes, coconut French toast, a variety of eggs Benedict, and other classic and signature dishes.
The restaurant’s move into the larger Prescott Valley Town Center location marks a significant expansion and brings a vibrant new dining option to both residents and visitors.
Salt & Pepper is open Wednesday through Monday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and is closed on Tuesdays.
