Join Rafter Eleven on Saturday, April 6th at 1:00 p.m. for a 4-course cooking class. The theme of this Saturday’s class is Charleston Eats.
Each course is demonstrated and served to you and comes with an olive oil and balsamic vinegar pairing and wine tasting. Come and learn how to prepare some of the delicious Southern specialties Charleston is known for.
We will be demonstrating and preparing Pimento Cheese (Southern Caviar) with Cheese Straws, She Crab Soup, Low Country Shrimp and Grits, and Huguenot Torte.
