Exciting progress is underway for Prescott Valley’s first extended-stay hotel, TownePlace Suites by Marriott. Since the groundbreaking in July, significant advancements have been made, with the completion of the elevator shaft and stairwell towers marking a key milestone.
Currently, construction crews are finishing the interior footings, and by late October, they will be ready to pour the slab. With this phase complete, framing is set to begin in November, pushing the project closer to its projected opening in 13-15 months. This development will provide a new option for extended stays in the heart of Prescott Valley.
One of the key infrastructure updates is the near completion of the sewer connection on Florentine Road. Crews have made significant progress in integrating the hotel into the town’s existing utilities.
The hotel, located at the northeast corner of Main Street and Florentine Road, is a prime spot, just steps away from the Findlay Toyota Center and less than a quarter mile from the Prescott Valley Town Center. Guests will have easy access to local amenities, including restaurants, movies, mini-golf, and the many events and concerts held at the Findlay Toyota Center.
TownePlace Suites by Marriott will offer 93 rooms over 2.1 acres and is designed with business travelers and long-term guests in mind. Features will include fully equipped kitchenettes, ample closets, and thoughtfully planned spaces to accommodate both living and working.
With the completion of this project, Prescott Valley is poised to welcome more visitors, contributing to the growth and vibrancy of the community.
