Terry has achieved a significant level of expertise in real estate property sales, leasing, and community building from his more than 50 years of experience in Arizona including corporate real estate and construction management.

Terry has held an Arizona Real Estate Broker’s License since 1977 and has worked with the Fain Signature Group in the sales and leasing department for the past thirteen years.

Terry was responsible for the supervision of the construction and development of more than sixty supermarket centers throughout Arizona from 1980 to 2021.

Terry is a graduate of Washburn University of Topeka, Kansas with a degree in Business Administration.
