Great news for downtown Prescott Valley, AZ. as Vivili Hospitality Group has expanded the popular Rosa’s Pizzeria restaurant concept of Prescott to its second location in Prescott Valley. Opened in 2021, the new Rosa’s is located within Town Center, the hub of entertainment and dining in the region and home to the Findlay Toyota Center. Prescott Valley’s Rosa’s Pizzeria is adjacent Harkins 14 Theaters and In The Game. This live, work, and play concept is being curated by the region’s founding developer, Fain Signature Group.
Larger Location, Full Bar, Two Outdoor Dining Areas
Even larger than the original, the 5,500 square foot restaurant has two expansive patios and serve up the same menu of authentic, homemade Sicilian and Southern-Italian recipes along with traditional New York-style pizza. Complete with a full bar, the interior offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with buffalo-plaid tabletops and vintage art pieces.
This is the first venture for Vivili Hospitality Group outside of Downtown Prescott and a signal of what’s to come with the planned expansion of several Vivili concepts.
About Rosa’s Pizzeria
