Layna Maddox, General Manager of Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW), became manager of the local Prescott Valley BWW 3 years ago with the goal to become a Certified Training Sports Bar. She was able to achieve this goal this past Tuesday, February 6th.
In order to become a Certified Training Location, a BWW sports bars must:
- Pass at least two consecutive Food Safety and Brand Standard audits with a 90% or better
- Score above 90% in Overall Food Safety metrics
- Score above 90% in Brand Standard Adherence
- Score above 90% in Guest Experience metrics
- Receive an endorsement from a Franchise Business Consultant
- Complete an additional onsite audit
- Pass Training Addendum Assessment
The location passed their Training Addendum with a 98% score certifying them as a Buffalo Wild Wings Training Location.
