As a long-standing local contractor since 1991, JSC Contracting has been partnering to design quality concrete projects with Fain Signature Group for years. They are currently completing work on the Inspiration Apartments in Cottonwood, Arizona which just opened this month and the local Legado Apartments here in Prescott Valley, Arizona.  

JSC Contracting has a long proceeding reputation for the quality of their concrete work and the customer service they provide. We have enjoyed our partnership with the father-son company for many years. Cody Simpson, VP of Operations of JSC Contracting explained that, “We have had a very long lasting and enjoyed relationship with Fain Signature Group throughout the years. For the Legado Apartments, JSC Contracting has been pouring the slabs and footings of the apartments as well as the floor of the parking garage structure the apartments will wrap around. The Legado Apartments are still on track to be completed in the 4th quarter of 2024 including retail space, restaurants, and many other amenities.
