Ron Fain may just be the neighbor to have in the high desert of Prescott Valley. An avid outdoorsman, he is a lover of animals, conservator of nature, and a man who believes he is living a charmed life. Fain channels his positive outlook into creating a perfect harmony between FSG clients and the land they desire to develop. Spending two years in the field with Fain Land and Cattle Company, Ron’s innate ability to see good growth as land stewardship combined with a flair for real estate, has made this brother irreplaceable in the ongoing development of Prescott Valley.

He is a man on a mission for Prescott Valley: and he shares his knowledge, skills, and imaginings with his fellow valley business folks, maintaining a strong knowledge of local market trends, growth opportunities and long-range community goals, Ron’s the well of knowledge to provide relevant information to prospective clients and partners. A licensed Real Estate Broker for more than twenty years, he’s is responsible for Fain Signature Group’s asset sales and portfolio leasing.

But he’s not just good for business. He is good business for the community. Previously as President, Ron now serves on the Board of Directors for Prescott Valley Economic Development Foundation working to diversify and strengthen the Valleys economy through its local resources to attract and bring quality companies and jobs home.

Married with five grown children and grandbabies making their way into the Fain dynasty, Ron is all about family, friends, and creating a future for generations to follow. A ranch to table man, you may find Ron sharing his mother’s pot roast recipe with grandkids on a Sunday afternoon – and he pours a great glass of wine to share on the patio as the sun sinks gloriously over the western sky.
