About Jeff Wasowicz

Jeff currently is Director of Property Maintenance and Property Management for Fain Signature Group. Jeff started working in the family business over 20 years ago when the decision was made to construct an 18 hole golf course, then Jeff went on to work in the municipal water distribution system, Shamrock Water Company, that they operated for decades before selling the system to the Town of Prescott Valley. Now Jeff oversees all of the company’s construction efforts and is in charge of tenant relations and all moving parts of the ongoing property management efforts. Jeff serves on the Central Arizona Partnership Board, which is involved with regional economic development efforts; the Yavapai Exceptional Industries Board, which provides employment for handicapped adults.
