Fain Signature Group Earns Community Award for Apartments

On August 14, 2020, Fain Signature Group, Prescott Valley’s leading community builder, was awarded the 2020 Excellence in Community Improvement by the Town’s Chamber of Commerce for the Homestead Talking Glass Luxury Apartments project.  Homestead, which is completely leased up, is a 214 unit luxury apartment community boasting all kinds of amenities including a dog park and dog spa, pool, meeting room, and a private movie theater for residents just to name a few. It is located across the street from Northern Arizona’s premier indoor event arena, The Findlay Toyota Center, and nestled perfectly next to the Town’s bustling Downtown District.
