Fain Signature Group partnered with Yavapai College to announce joining efforts in quickly acting to produce more attainable housing options for the region’s teachers, firefighters, police & sheriff, healthcare providers, and workforce earlier this summer. The agreement will provide housing at our Inspiration Apartments in the City of Cottonwood for Yavapai College opening in September.
